Due to the high useage of games consoles these days and ingress of dust and overheating, overheating and fan issues are extremely common. If you fan is not running or is extremely loud then it will need replacing. 
 
We only use OEM parts in our console repair to ensure only the highest quality and long lasting repairs are achieved.
 
Once repairs are completed a full diagnostic check is completed and once signed of the repair is covered by 6 months warranty (this doesnt not cover further accidental damage)
 
We will also service the console during re-assembly including clearing all fans and vents and installing new thermal paste to the CPU to help prolong the life of your machine.
